Being a doula is truly the best job ever, and I love supporting families at this transformational time in life!

Over the years, I have personally and professionally supported many new families and their little ones. . .women who had births by c-section or challenging recoveries after birth, women who were single by choice, teen women experiencing unplanned motherhood, my six nieces and nephews, as well as many other mom friends and their babies in my community.

I was deeply transformed by my own pregnancies and birth experiences, attended by a remarkable team of midwives and empowering doulas.

About Me

My family has been in Marin for over 15 years, inspired by living by the Bay and the beauty of Mt. Tam. My greatest joy is being the mom of two awesome boys, now much taller than me. I have a Master’s degree in Social Work and a background in innovative nonprofit programs for youth and families.

Accessible, responsive care for all families is something I deeply value. For this reason, I offer my services on a sliding scale and am in the process to be certified for parents who use MediCal.

I am so inspired by my work as a volunteer birth doula at Alta Bates Hospital, providing free labor support to any family who wishes it. I am also a regular volunteer at the Postpartum Support Center and Marin Diaper Bank, distributing free baby essentials for local families in need.

(Please ask me if you would ever like to donate diapers or gently used baby gear!)
